Wilting tree between
Picture of beauteous sky
Everlasting bliss
This Haiku is inspired by the stunning picture of the tree and the vivid sky in the background, which I took during our evening walk last week.
A Haiku is a Japanese poem of seventeen syllables, in three lines of five, seven, and five; traditionally evoking images of the natural world

Nice image, Archana 🙂
Hey thanks Bhargav 🙂
This is profound!
Thank you so much Celestine 🙂
true….nature leaves you mesmerized…..:)
And beautifully so… thanks Sunaina 🙂
A haiku fitting for this glorious photo!! I think there were many people all over the world with their head up towards the sky as well as late into the night watching the lunar eclipse.
Oh yes, Cheryl… and I just read your wonderful Haiku…
Thanks for stopping by 🙂
My pleasure:)
Love this! Thank you 🙂

A fitting haiku for the lovely picture. – Somali
Thank you Somali 🙂
Beautiful as always with a lovely picture 🙂
Beautiful lines archana
A lovely frame.
Truly the bliss! Lucky you; nicely done again 🙂
Beautiful shades and lovely lines
That’s real sublime.
Wow! this scene is an everlasting bliss indeed, awestruck by the hues of the sky:)
Such a beautiful pic and haiku! The background seems to be on fire and the wilting tree symbolizes a staunch spirit! Down, but not out in the face of adversity. It’s stubborn stance a stark contrast to the liquid beauty of the nature. A cosmic extravaganza!
The pic and haiku neatly sum up the original concept of these lovely little Japanese poems! A great job, Archana!
So many colors in the picture just like the myriad shades of life, aptly expressed Archana 🙂
It indeed is everlasting bliss only if we understand the nature.
Beautiful shades and beautiful lines too !!
Wow beautiful lines, going along with the wonderful picture… Typical Archana 🙂 😉
John Keats had rightly said that and your Poem exactly brings out that Truth.. Very expressive words, Archana..Nature’s beauty is unique by itself!
Perfect.
A very expressive capture, followed by sophisticated poetry. Good one there 🙂
